Support & Consulting Packages
When you purchase hosting from USCNi, we fully support
the service. We are glad to make sure your site is functioning and to
help you with questions regarding your hosting account.
But what happens
when you need updates to your web site or have technical questions that
are not related to your hosting. What if you are making a change to your
web site and find that you need help to fix a major error that you have
made! That's where USCNi's Support Packages come in!
USCNi offers two Support Packages to fit your needs.
Basic Support Package ($120 per year)
- General Description: This package is suited
for those site owners who have an occasional question or update,
or just want the piece of mind of knowing that if you make a mistake,
there is someone there who can fix it immediately. Basic support
may be used for tech support calls, web site updates, web site fixes,
and even questions about your computer.* Basic Support may not be
used for creation of new web pages or graphic design.
- What You Receive: With the Basic Package, you receive 20
minutes of support per month. Unused time each month does not carry
forward to the following month. If support work requires more than
20 minutes, USCNi will bill the Client for the extra time at $80
per hour; however, rather than charging a minimum or rounding up
like many companies do, we bill by the minute so you pay only for
work you receive. USCNi will not charge for time required to fix
issues that are caused by USCNi or that are reasonably expected
as part of your hosting account.
Advanced Support Package ($160 per 4 hours)
- General Description: This package is suited for those site
owners who need regular updates or ongoing support for their web
site. Advanced Support may be used for tech support calls, web site
updates, web site fixes, questions about your computer,* adding
web pages to your site, or limited graphic design.
- What You Receive: With the Advanced Package, you receive
4 hours of support that may be used during a perdio of 12 months
from the purchase date. If the 4 hours is used up before the 12
months expire, you may purchase another block of 4 hours. At the
end of the renewal year, any used time from the first 4 hour block
is not carried forward to the next year. Any work done that is not
covered under the Advanced Support Package is billed at $80 per
hour; however, rather than charging a minimum or rounding up like
many companies do, we bill by the minute so you pay only for work
you receive. USCNi will not charge for time required to fix issues
that are caused by USCNi or that are reasonably expected as part
of your hosting account.
Support plans are available to any organization, business,
or entity
regardless of whether you host with USCNi or not.
*USCNi does not provide support directly for your
computer hardware, but may help you in determining the problem and directing
you to the correct party to fix the problem.
